دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي التكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، توضيح خصائص تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للخدمة العمومية وتحديد تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الخدمة العمومية ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعلومات والمقابلة وتحليل معطيات المؤسسة كآداة للدراسة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: هناك واقع لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ببلدية سبسب ولاية غرداية هناك استخدام الادارة الالكترونية والرقمنة في استخراج وثائق ادارية، نوفر مجموعة تجهيزات إلكترونية متطورة لها أهمية بالغة في تحقيق تطوير في البلدية وفي تحسين الخدمات المقدمة من طرفها. ان بلدية سبسب تسعى دائما لتقديم خدماتها للمواطنين بالاعتماد على تكنلوجيا معلومات واتصال حديثة ومتطورة تضمن للمواطنين الراحة في استخراج الوثائق وتلبية حاجياتهم بأسهل وأسرع الطرق، الخدمات المقدمة من طرف البلدية خاضعة لتطورات وتحسينات وفقا للقانون الجزائري الذي دائما يسعى لتوفير الوسائل المساهمة باي شكل من الاشكال في تسريع وتوفير الخدمات اللازمة للمواطنينThis study aimed at defining the conceptual framework of information and communication technology, clarifying the characteristics of information and communication technology, defining the conceptual framework for the public service and determining the impact of information and communication technology on the public service in the municipality of Sebseb, state of Ghardaia. The study found the most important results: There is a reality of the use of information and communication technology in the municipality of Sebseb, Ghardaia, there is the use of electronic management and digitization in extracting administrative documents, we provide a group of advanced electronic equipment that is of great importance in achieving development in the municipality and in improving the services provided by it. The municipality of Sebseb always seeks to provide its services to citizens by relying on modern and advanced information and communication technology that guarantees citizens the convenience of extracting documents and meeting their needs in the easiest and fastest way. The services provided by the municipality are subject to developments and improvements in accordance with Algerian law, which always seeks to provide the means to contribute in any way to speed and providing necessary services to citizens.
