تأثير سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجّه نحو المنظمة على أداء العاملين: دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري لمدينة عين الدفلى

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس تأثير سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجّه نحو المنظمة بأبعاده الثلاثة (الضّمير الحيّ، الروح الرياضية والسلوك الحضاري) على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري لمدينة عين الدفلى، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (82) عاملا، كما تمّ الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات وبرنامج Spss الإصدار 25 لتحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عالٍ لكل من سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الموجّه نحو المنظمة بأبعاده الثلاثة وأداء العاملين. ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تمّ استخدام الانحدار الخطي البسيط، واظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية تختلف نسبته من متغير إلى آخر، وانتهت الدراسة إلى تقديم بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي نراها تخدم متخذي القرار. This study aimed to measure the impact of organizational citizenship behavior directed towards the organization in its three dimensions (conscience, sportsmanship and civilized behavior) on the performance of workers in the public institution for urban transport in the city of Ain Defla. Data collection and Spss version 25 program for data analysis, and the study found a high level of organizational citizenship behavior directed towards the organization in its three dimensions, and employee performance. To test the hypotheses of the study, simple linear regression was used, and the results showed a statistically significant effect whose percentage varies from one variable to another, and the study ended with presenting some suggestions and recommendations that we see serve the decision-makers.
