تكوين معلمي التعليم المتخصص و علاقته بآدائهم الوظيفي (دراسة ميدانية بولاية بسكرة )

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة ما مدى العلاقة الإارتباط بين الجانب النظري ( التكوين) والجانب الميداني ( الأداء الوظيفي) لمعلمي التعليم المتخصص بولاية بسكرة. ومدى الاستفادة من برنامج التكوين المقدمة لهم ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين تكوين معلمي التعليم المتخصص لولاية بسكرة وبين أدائهم الوظيفي، تنعكس هذه العلاقة إما إيجابا أو سلبا على مردوديته التعلمية والتعليمية والنفسية بشكل عام، وبأن برنامج التكوين لم يغطي كل متطلبات الممارسة المهنية لمعلم التعليم المتخصص. The current study aims to know the extent of the relationship between the theoretical aspect (training) and the field aspect (job performance) of specialized education teachers in the state of Biskra. And the extent of benefit from the training program provided to them. The results of the study concluded that there is a close relationship between the training of specialized education teachers in the state of Biskra and their job performance. This relationship is reflected either positively or negatively on their learning, educational and psychological returns in general, and that the training program did not cover all the requirements of practice.
