جريمة التحرش الجنسي بالمرأة في المجتمع العربي في ظل غياب مفهوم التربية الجنسية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي بالمرأة كجريمة في المجتمع العربي في ظل غياب مفهوم التربية الجنسية، بناء على تحديد بعض المفاهيم والعناصر التي يحتويها مضمون المقال المندرج ضمن متغيرات العنوان. حيث استندنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير غياب مظاهر التربية الجنسية المفضية الى بروز ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي بالمرأة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن فعالية دور ترسيخ مفهوم التربية الجنسية بين التلقين والقبول في المجتمعات العربية على معالجة تفشي ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي. Abstract: The current study aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of sexual harassment of women as a crime in Arab society in light of the concept of sexual education, based on identifying some of the concepts and elements contained in the content of the article included in the title variables. Where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach to explain the absence of aspects of sexual education leading to the emergence of the phenomenon of sexual harassment of women. The study concluded that the role of consolidating the concept of sexual education between indoctrination and acceptance in Arab societies is effective in addressing the spread of the phenomenon of sexual harassment..
