Résumé: يعتبر الموظف العمومي الوسيلة الاساسية لتنظيم وتسيير المرفق العمومي ، لهذا سعى المشرع الى احاطة النظام القانوني للوظيفة العامة بنظام محكم يضمن فعاليتها خاصة في مجال التاديب من خلال الامر 06-03 المتعلق بالقانون الاساسي للوظيفة العامة ، تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مفهوم المسؤولية التأديبية للموظف ، وتحديد اركانها وخصائصها ، وتصنيف المشرع الجزائري للاخطاء المهنية . . Abstract: The public employee is the means to organize and run public facilities. For this reason, the legislator sought to surround the legal system of the public office with a tight system that guarantees its effectiveness, especially in the field of discipline through Order No. 06-03 related to the general basic law of the public office. This study seeks to define the concept of disciplinary responsibility and mistakes The professionalism of the employee, identifying its pillars and characteristics, and classifying the Algerian legislator for professional errors.
