Résumé: This study aims to highlight the extent to which the electronic management of human resources contributes to improving and developing the performance of the SAA Insurance Corporation of Ouargla, especially in light of the technological and technical challenges facing the Algerian insurance institutions.From this point of view, our study aimed to clarify the impact of electronic management in improving job performance in the institution in question, where we used the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection applied to a sample of 40 individuals of administrative staff of various ranks at random, and we used in this study the descriptive statistical analytical approach, Where we relied on statistical methods to test hypotheses, including Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the SAA Foundation in Ouargla relies on electronic management in the management of its human resources on an average basis; There is a high level in the job performance of human resources in the institution under study; There is a statistically significant correlation between the electronic management of human resources and job performance in the institution under study. There are statistically significant differences in the level of use of electronic management of human resources due to personal and organizational variables (gender, age, educational level, and occupation) for the study sample members.
