نحو تحيين اتفاقية تفادي الإزدواج الضريبي بين دول المغرب العربي من خلال النماذج العالمية الحديثة
Résumé: نهدف من هذا البحث إلى بيان ضرورة تحيين وتفعيل اتفاقية الازدواج الضريبي المبرمة بين دول المغرب العربي عام 1990 على ضوء النماذج العالمية، والذي سيساهم حتما في تذليل العقبات أمام المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال في البلدان المغاربية، وزيادة تدفق الاستثمارات الأجنبية للمنطقة، بالنظر إلى التحولات التي شهدتها الساحة الاقتصادية في المجال الضريبي منذ أكثر من عشرين سنة، خاصة في ظل التنقيحات والتعديلات المستمرة التي طالت الاتفاقيات الجبائية النموذجية الحديثة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الازدواج الضريبي الدولي، الاتفاقيات الجبائية، المغرب العربي Towards an update on the double taxation avoidance Agreement between the Arab Maghreb countries through modern global models Abstract: This study aims to statement the need to update and activate the double taxation agreement concluded between the Maghreb countries in 1990, which will certainly, overcome the obstacles in front of investors and businessmen in the Maghreb countries, and increase the flow of foreign investments to the region, in view of the economic changes in the area of taxation in more than twenty years ago, especially, according to the continuous revisions that affected the model tax treaties.
