المدرسة المالكية المغربية الأولى - أعلامها، عوامل نشأتها، خصائصها-

Résumé: يبرز هذا البحث جهود أئمتنا الأوائل من المغاربة الذين رحلوا إلى الإمام مالك، وأخذوا عنه العلم والأدب، ثم رجعوا متأثرين بمنهجه في التعليم والتربية، ناشرين مذهبه وفقهه تدريسا وتأليفا وقضاء، فظهرت بذلك النواة الأولى للمدرسة المالكية المغربية . وانطلاقا من تراجم أعلام هذه المدرسة توضحت عوامل نشأتها وظهر تنوع خصائصها، لتتميز عن بقية المدارس المالكية، فقد جمعت المدرسة المالكية المغربية بين خصائص المدارس المالكية الأخرى، كالاعتماد على الأثر والتعويل على عمل أهل المدينة (خاصية تميزت بها المدرسة المدنية والمصرية)، والاهتمام بالنظر(خاصية تميزت بها المدرسة العراقية)، لتبرز ثمرة جهود علماء المغاربة الأوائل في الخدمات العلمية الجليلة التي قدمها إمام المالكية في المغرب الإسلامي وهو الفقيه المجتهد سحنون بن سعيد بمنحاه الجامع بين الاتجاهين . This research shows the early imams efforts of Moroccans who left to Imam Malik، and they took him science and ethics، and returned impressed to his way in teaching and education، which showed that the nucleus of the school Moroccan Maalikis،، judging from the history of this imams made clear its inception factors and the back of the diversity of characteristics، for distinct from the rest of the Maalikis schools، rely on the amel ahl el medina and el athar (the medina and Egyptian school)، and attention to the opinion (the Iraqi school)، to bring the fruit of efforts of scientists Moroccans early in the venerable scientific services provided by the imam Maalikis in the Islamic Maghreb، which Sahnoun bin Saeed combined between both directions.
