Résumé: This study aimed to determine the extent to which social responsibility plays a role in promoting employees' job satisfaction in addition to the relationship between the study's variables, where the analytical descriptive curriculum was used to study the topic as well as the case study curriculum through observation, official documents and questionnaire and statistical processing through the spss programme, The study found that there was a high level of job satisfaction among employees and an intermediate correlation between job satisfaction and the social responsibility of the employees of the institution in question. We propose a recommendation for the officials of the institution to create an atmosphere conducive to work, and to strengthen the system of incentives for workers.
