رأس المال المخاطر: اتجاه عالمي حديث لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة _ حالة الجزائر _

Résumé: تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية التعريف بتقنية رأس المال المخاطر كاتجاه عالمي حديث في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، مع الإشارة إلى فعالية الشركات الناشطة في الجزائر و دورها التمويلي، كما ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على الشركة المالية للاستثمار، المساهمة و التوظيف (SOFINANCE) نموذجا، و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن شركة SOFINANCE بالإضافة إلى كونها تقوم بعمليات تمويل أعلى الميزانية، فهي تقوم أيضا بتقديم الاستشارة و المتابعة للمؤسسات من خلال نشاطها في مجال الهندسة المالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس المال المخاطر، المؤسسات الناشئة، شركةSOFINANCE . Abstract: This paper is trying to definition of venture- capital technique Global trend modern in financing emerging institutions, with reference to the effectiveness of the active companies in Algeria and financing role, as we decided to highlight the company's financial investment, contribute and Employment (SOFINANCE) model, the study found the most important of several results that SOFINANCE company in addition to being the highest budget financing operations, they are also providing counseling and follow-up of institutions through its activities in the field of financial engineering.
