دور رأس المال المخاطر في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة مع دراسة حالة الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تعاني المؤسسات الناشئة من مشكل التمويل، خاصة في مراحلها الأولى، اين اعتمدت العديد من الحلول لتمويل هذه المؤسسات، ويعتبر رأس المال المخاطر، من بين الآليات التي أثبتث نجاعتها، أين سنتطرق من خلال هذه المداخلة، إلى التعريف بالمؤسسات الناشئة، و شركات رأس المال المخاطر مع ابراز دورها التمويلي في دعم المؤسسات الممولة، مع الإشارة إلى واقع شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر. Abstract: Emerging institutions suffer from the problem of financing, especially in the early stages, where many solutions have been adopted to finance these institutions, and capital is considered risk, among the mechanisms that have proven to be effective, where we will address through this intervention, to introduce emerging institutions, and venture capital companies while highlighting their financing role in supporting the financing institutions, while referring to the reality of venture capital companies in Algeria.
