علاقة الدافعية العقلية بقلق التدريس "دراسة على عينة من الطلبة الأساتذة المقبلين على التخرج بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة"

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد علاقة الدافعية العقلية بقلق التدريس لدى طلبة السنوات النهائية بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة بمدينة ورقلة، وكذا تحديد علاقة كل من الدافعية العقلية وقلق التدريس لدى طلبة السنوات النهائية بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة بمدينة ورقلة بالجنس والتخصص، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) طالباً وطالبة للأقسام النهائية المقبلين على التخرج في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق استبيانين، استبيان لقياس الدافعية العقلية لـ حسن مجيد وميسون عبد الله(2018) يتكون من أربعة أبعاد و24 بندا، هي: التوجه نحو التعلم (8 بنود)، والتركيز العقلي ( بنود 8)، والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات (4 بنود)، والتكامل المعرفي(5 بنود)، واستبيان لقياس قلق التدريس لـ علي محمود شعيب(1991) يتكون من بعدين و13 بندا وهي: الكفاءة المهنية(6 بنود) والإدارة الصفية(7 بنود)، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باعتماد أسلوب الارتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الثنائي وباستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية النسخة الثانية والعشرين 22v. SPSS، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الدافعية العقلية وقلق التدريس لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدافعية العقلية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والمستوى، في حين بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدافعية العقلية تعزى لمتغير المستوى، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدافعية العقلية تعزى لتفاعل متغيري الجنس والتخصص، وفسرت النتائج بالاعتماد على الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between mental motivation and teaching anxiety among students of the last years of the High school of teachers in Ouargla, as well as to determine the relationship of both, mental motivation and teaching anxiety among students of the last years of the High School in Ouargla with genre and specialization. To achieve the objectives of the study, the relational descriptive approach is used. The study sample consisted of (102) students from last years in the High school of teachers with a stratified and randomized way. To collect the data, two questionnaires are applied, a questionnaire to measure the mental motivation of (Hassan Majid and Maysoon Abdullah) composed of four dimensions and 24 items, and a questionnaire to measure the teaching anxiety of (Ali Mahmoud Shuaib), composed of two dimensions and 13 items, and the data was statistically processed using the statistical software package for the social sciences SPSS v.22. The results of the study concluded there are no differences in the mental motivation and teaching anxiety among students of the last years of the High School of teachers in Ouargla There are differences in mental motivation due to the variable of gender, specialization, and level. There are differences in teaching anxiety according to the variable of the genre, specialization, and level There are differences in teaching anxiety according to the variable of the genre, specialization, and level.
