الحكم الشرعي للصلاة على الكرسي في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي The Rulings Of Praying Using A Chair Under The Islamic Jurisprudence

Résumé: الملخص: تعد الصلاة على الكراسي من النوازل الفقهية التي عرفت انتشارا واسعا في المساجد والبيوتات الإسلامية، مما اقتضى من العلماء والفقهاء البحث في هذه المسألة والتأصيل لها لاستنباط الحكم الشرعي المناسب لها لكونها مرتبطة بشعيرة مهمة من شعائر الدين الإسلامي، ومن هذا المنطلق ارتأينا أن نعالج من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية هذه المسألة الفقهية مبرزين آراء الفقهاء حولها وبيان الحكم الشرعي فيها، مستندين في ذلك إلى مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية ومستفيدين من اجتهادات وجهود العلماء قديما وحديثا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصلاة – النازلة- الحكم الشرعي-الصلاة على الكرسي. Abstract : Performing prayer using chairs is one of the contemporary Islamic jurisprudence issues that is widely spread in mosques and Islamic houses. This has required scholars to research this matter and to systemize it in order to deduce the appropriate Islamic ruling since it is related to an important Islamic ritual. In this spirit, and through this research paper, we considered analyzing this Islamic jurisprudence matter by showing the scholars' opinions on it and highlighting its rulings, basing on the Shari'a purposes and taking advantage of their efforts and endeavors.
