الهندسة المالية الإسلامية وإستراتجية تطوير المنتجات المالية الإسلامية - صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية أنموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالهندسة المالية الإسلامية، ودورها في ابتكار منتجات مالية إسلامية من خلال مداخلها في تطوير المنتجات، ودراسة صناديق الإستثمار الإسلامي كإحدى أدوات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية، وانتهجت الدراسة المنهج الإستنباطي والإستقرائي، الذين يساعدان على الإلمام بجميع جوانب الموضوع و استقراء النتائج وتحويرها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن صناديق الإستثمار الإسلامي توفر فرصة للأشخاص الذين لا يملكون القدرة على ادارة استثماراتهم بصورة مباشرة للمشاركة في الأسواق المالية العالمية، كما توفر للحكومات موارد مالية من خلال تعبئة المدخرات واستثمارها في دعم مشاريع التنمية المحلية This study aims to introduce Islamic financial engineering and its role in creating Islamic financial products through its approaches in product development, and to study the product of Islamic Investment Funds as one of the tools of Islamic financial engineering, and the study adopted the deductive and inductive approach that helps to gain familiarity with all aspects of the topic and extrapolation and modification of the results, The study concluded that Islamic investment funds provide an opportunity for people who do not have the ability to directly manage their investments to participate in global financial markets. It also provides governments with financial resources by mobilizing savings and investing them in support of local development projects.
