Résumé: تعتبر الهندسة المالية الإسلامية أحد ركائز الإقتصاد الإسلامي من خلال الحلول التي تقدمها لمشاكل التمويل داخل إطار الشرع الحنيف و ساهمت في تطوير وابتكار العديد من المنتجات المالية إسلامية التي تغني الصناعة المالية الإسلامية عن اللجوء للمنتجات الربوية، كما حظيت بقبول المتعاملين معها نظرا لما يميزها من كفاءة اقتصادية ومصداقية شرعية في نفس الوقت ، لذا سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على ماهية الهندسة المالية الإسلامية ، كما سنقوم بدراسة صناديق الإستثمار الإسلامي كمنتج من منتجات الهندسة المالية التي يمكن الإعتماد عليها في جذب المدخرات المكتنزة والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية من خلال توجيه هذه المدخرات في تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية، وأخترنا لدراستنا صندوق الراجحي للأسهم السعودية باعتباره من أكبر صناديق الإستثمار الإسلامي الرائدة في السعودية. Abstract Islamic financial engineering is considered one of the pillars of the Islamic economy through the solutions it provides to financing problems always within the framework of the true Sharia. It has contributed to the development and innovation of many Islamic financial products that have enriched the Islamic financial industry from resorting to interest-based products and has also been accepted by those dealing with it due to its economic efficiency. And legitimacy at the same time, so we will try through this research paper to identify what Islamic financial engineering is and its entrances in developing Islamic financial products. We will also study Islamic investment funds as a product of financial engineering that can be relied upon in attracting hoarded savings and contributing to achieving development through Directing these savings into financing infrastructure projects. For our study, we chose the Al-Rajhi Saudi stock Fund as an example of Islamic investment funds from the Islamic Investment Funds in Arabic Saudi
