قراءة في قانون الحالة المدنية الأمر 70-20 على ضوء تعديله بموجب قانون 17-03

Résumé: إن تطور المجتمعات وتعقد حياتها، وما يتبع ذلك من مشكلات اجتماعية وسياسية استوجب وضع نظام للحالة المدنية، يُمكن الدولة من معرفة موطن وجنسية ووضعية الأفراد المقيمين بها، وهو الشيء الذي دفع بهذه المجتمعات إلى سن قواعد محكمة لتنظيم حياتهم وحركتهم، كالميلاد والوفاة والزواج وكل ما يتعلق بألقابهم وأسمائهم وذلك ما تم تجسيده في نظام الحالة المدنية. The development of societies and the complexity of their lives, and the consequences of social and political problems that follow required the establishment of a civil status system, which enables the state to know the homeland, nationality and status of the individuals residing there, which is what prompted these societies to enact tight rules to organize their lives and movement, such as birth, death, marriage and everything related to Their titles and names, which are embodied in the civil status system.
