الاقتصاد الجزائري وتحديات الاندماج في اقتصاد المعرفة -دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر، من خلال عرض أهم المؤشرات المتعلقة باقتصاد المعرفة، وإعطاء لمحة تقييمية عن وضعية ركائز الاقتصاد المعرفي في الجزائر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تواجه العديد من التحديات التي تقف عقبة تمنعها من ضمان تحقيق التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة والاندماج فيه، وأهمها عدم ضمان جودة التعليم، وهشاشة التعليم، البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بالإضافة إلى ضعف رأس المال البشري الجزائري، لذلك من الضروري مواجهة هذه التحديات انطلاقا من تطوير برامج واستراتيجيات فعالة وهادفة لمعالجة الخلل الذي يعيق بناء اقتصاد معرفي في الجزائر. This study aims to shed light on the reality of the knowledge economy in Algeria, by presenting the most important indicators related to the knowledge economy, and to give an evaluation overview of the status of the pillars of the knowledge economy in Algeria. The study concluded that Algeria faces many challenges that stand as an obstacle preventing it from ensuring the transformation towards a knowledge economy and integration into it, the most important of which is the lack of quality assurance of education, the fragility of education, the information and communication technology infrastructure in addition to the weak Algerian human capital, so it is necessary to confront these challenges. Challenges stemming from the development of effective and targeted programs and strategies to address the imbalance that hinders building a knowledge economy in Algeria.
