Résumé: الملخص: إن إستدامة المجالات المحمية هو في صميم إهتمام السياسات العامة الحالية في جميع أنحاء العالم، بحيث صاحب الإهتمام العالمي بالمجالات المحمية تطور على مستوى التشريعات الوضعية الداخلية للعديد من الدول، ومنها الجزائر التي حرص المشرع فيها بمواكبه قوانينه الوطنية مع الإتفاقيات الدولية، وسن قونين تعنى بالمجالات المحمية في إطار التنمية المستدامة، وذلك بهدف تنظيم المجالات المحمية بتصنيفها وتحديد كيفيات تسييرها، وتوفير الآليات القانونية التي تكفل الحماية لها. Abstract : The sustainability of protected areas is at the heart of the interest of current public policies in all parts of the world, so that the global interest in protected areas has developed at the level of the internal status legislation of many countries, including Algeria, in which the legislator was keen to keep pace with his national laws with international agreements, and to enact two laws dealing with protected areas Within the framework of sustainable development, with the aim of regulating protected areas by classifying them, determining how to manage them, and providing legal mechanisms that guarantee protection for them.
