أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة

Résumé: تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال هي واحدة من أهم وأنفع الوسائل التي ترتكز عليها الدول في سعيها الحثيث للرقي وبناء الحضارات، حيث أن تقدم الأمم و ازدهارها يرتبط دائما بمدى مواكبتها لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال خاصة في المجال الإداري لبناء كفايات جوهرية من خلال إدارة المعرفة، فتقدم الأمم ورقيها يعود إلى حرصها على تطوير إدارة المعرفة والمعلومات بالاستغلال الأمثل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وتطبيقاتها لغرض تحقيق التقدم الحضاري المنشود، وتهدف هاته المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات الحديثة ومساهمتها في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، كما تبين ما تقدمه هذه التقنيات للأفراد والمجتمعات والحكومات من جهد ووقت ومال. Abstract: Information and communication technology is one of the most important and most useful means that states rely on in their relentless pursuit of advancement and building civilizations, as the progress and prosperity of nations is always linked to the extent to which they keep pace with information and communication technology, especially in the administrative field to build core competencies through knowledge management. To its keenness to develop knowledge and information management by optimizing the use of information technology and its applications for the purpose of achieving the desired civilized progress, and this article aims to shed light on the role of modern information and communication technology and its contribution to the application of knowledge management, as it shows the effort, time and money provided by these technologies to individuals, societies and governments
