دراسة فعالية برنامج تدريبي مقترح مبني على النشاط الرياضي الترويحي في تنمية الجانب الحسي الحركي

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى التوصل لهدف رئيسي وهو تنمية الجانب الحسي الحركي لدى عينة من المتخلفين عقليا بمركز المساعدة عن طريق العمل للأشخاص المعاقين عقليا الكبار. إذ من المفترض أن يساعد نمو الجانب الحسي الحركي للفرد المتخلف عقليا في تحسين أدائه على المهارات المهنية. أجريت الدراسة وفق المنهج التجريبي على مكونة من (10) أفراد من المقيمين بالمركز البيداغوجي البويرة. وقد توصلنا من خلال تطبيق أدوات الدراسة إلى تحسن مستوى اللياقة البدنية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، تحسن مستوى المهارات الحركية الاساسية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، تحسن مستوى المهارات الحركية المركبة لأفراد عينة الدراسة . الكلمات مفتاحية: المتخلفون عقليا، الأداء الحسي الحركي، النشاط الترويحي، التربية الحركية، المهارات الحركية المركبة The current study seeks to reach a main goal, which is the development of the sensorimotor aspect of a sample of mentally retarded people at the Center for Assistance through Work for Adult Mentally Handicapped Persons. It is assumed that the development of the sensorimotor aspect of the mentally retarded individual will help him improve his performance on vocational skills. The study was conducted according to the experimental method, consisting of (10) residents of the educational center in Bouira. Through the application of the study tools, we have found an improvement in the level of physical fitness of the study sample, an improvement in the level of basic motor skills for the study sample, and an improvement in the level of compound motor skills for the study sample.
