Contribution À L'étude De La Transformation Des Sous-produits Des Fruits De Balanites Aegyptiaca En Biogaz
Résumé: In this study, we focused on the valorization of the residues recovered after the production of bioethanol from the fruits of desert date palm for the production of biogas. The production of biogas (anaerobic digestion or methanisation), is a natural biological process of decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms (bacteria) that activate in anaerobic conditions. The control of the evolution of the process is ensured by the parameters influencing the different stages, such as pH, chemical oxygen demand (COD), volatile fatty acids (VFA), Total Alkalimetric Title (TAC).
