استهلاك الطاقة، انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1980-2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقات المتبادلة بين استهلاك الطاقة وانبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2018). لمعرفة ذلك، تم تقدير ثلاثة نماذج. النموذج الأول خاص بمحددات النمو الاقتصادي، والنموذج الثاني يعبر عن محددات انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون والنموذج الثالث خاص بمحددات استهلاك الطاقة. وذلك باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDLومنهج اختبار الحدود Bound Test، وكذا باستخدام سببية Grangerوفق مقاربة Toda and Yamamoto. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة لعديد النتائج، أولي هذه النتائج يتمثل في وجود علاقات طويلة الأجل بين استهلاك الطاقة، انبعاثات غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة. ثاني هذه النتائج تتعلق بوجود علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه تنطلق من النمو الاقتصادي نحو استهلاك الطاقة. في حين، وجود سببية ثنائية الاتجاه بين النمو الاقتصادي والانبعاثات من ناحية، وبين استهلاك الطاقة والانبعاثات في الجزائر من ناحية أخرى. Abstract This study aims to find out the nature of the inter-relationships between energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in Algeria during the period (1980-2018). To know this, three models have been estimated. The first model is specific to the determinants of economic growth, and the second model expresses the determinants of emissions of Carbon dioxide and the third are specific to the determinants of energy consumption. By using the ARDL methodology and the Bound Test approach, as well as using Granger’s causality test according to Toda and Yamamoto approach. Through this study, we reached several results. The first of these results is the existence of long-term relationships between energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in Algeria during the study period. The second of these results relates to the existence of unilateral causality relationship that stems from economic growth towards energy consumption, while there is a bilateral causality relationship in Algeria between economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions on the one hand, and between energy consumption and emissions on the other hand.
