مساهمة القطاع الزراعي في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي في الجزائر - دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000- 2020

Résumé: "تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقدير أثر القطاع الزراعي على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الجزائر للفترة 2000-2020. لمعالجة هذا البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح الإطار النظري للقطاع الزراعي والناتج المحلي الاجمالي. أما بالنسبة للجانب العملي، فقد اتبعنا المنهج الكمي بتقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ، ووظائف الاستجابة الفورية باستخدام برنامج Eviews10 من أجل قياس الأثر والعلاقات بين متغيرات الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة أيضا إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين الواردات الزراعية ومستوى النمو الاقتصادي في فترة الدراسة، وهنا لابد على السلطات العمومية تقييد سياسة التوجه نحو استيراد المواد الزراعية لما له من آثار وخيمة على الدخل الوطني وعلى مستويات التنمية الاقتصادية ككل. ""The study aims to analyze and estimate the impact of the agricultural sector on the GDP in Algeria for the period 2000-2020. To address this research, we relied on the descriptive approach to clarify the theoretical framework of the agricultural sector and GDP. As for the practical side, we followed the quantitative approach by estimating the error correction model and the immediate response functions using the Eviews 10 program in order to measure the effect and the relationships between the study variables. The study also concluded that there is a direct relationship between agricultural imports and the level of economic growth during the study period, and here the public authorities must restrict the policy of moving towards importing agricultural materials because of its dire effects on national income and levels of economic development as a whole. "
