استراتيجيات ابتكار المنتجات المالية الإسلامية – الصّكوك الإسلامية الخضراء في ماليزيا أنموذجاً – Islamic Financial Product Innovation Strategies – Islamic Green Sukuk In Malaysia As A Model

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة المنتجات المالية الإسلامية المبتكرة، بوصفها بديلا، يتميز بالمصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية، تعتمده المؤسسات المالية لغرض توفير التمويل اللازم للمشروعات الاستثمارية. في هذا السياق، تمّت الإشارة إلى الصّكوك الإسلامية الخضراء كإحدى أهم المنتجات التي أفرزتها الابتكارات المالية الإسلامية في السنوات الأخيرة. لقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على أنّ الصّكوك الخضراء تعد من بين المنتجات المبتكرة التي تلعب دوراً هاماً في تمويل المشاريع الصديقة للبيئة، وتساهم في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة. This study aims to shed light on the contribution of innovative Islamic financial products, as an alternative, characterized by legitimacy and economic efficiency, made by financial institutions in order to provide the necessary funding for investment projects. In this context, Islamic Green Sukuk have been referred to as one of the most important products introduced by Islamic financial innovations in recent years. The results of this study have shown that Islamic green Sukuk are among the innovative products that play an important role in funding environmentally friendly projects and contribute to promoting sustainable development.
