اختصاصات البرلمان ودوره في حماية الحقوق والحريات

Résumé: تلعب السلطة التشريعية دورا كبيرا في حماية الحقوق والحريات، إذ خول لها الدستور مهمة تنظيم ممارستها، وتحرص هذه السلطة على احترام الحقوق والحريات من خلال وضع أحكام وأسس تضمن حمايتها وتفرض جزاء على من يخالفها، كما خول لها الدستور آليات لمراقبة عمل السلطة التنفيذية لمنعها من المساس بالحقوق والحريات المكفولة، من خلال عدة وسائل قانونية بصفتها الممثل عن الشعب ومن ينوبه في ممارسة السيادة، لكن النظام السياسي الجزائري يفرض بعض القيود على ممارسة اختصاصات البرلمان مما قد يعيق دوره في توفير حماية كاملة لهذه الحقوق والحريات. The legislature plays a key role in the protection of rights and freedoms, as The Constitution gave it the task of organizing its practice, and this authority it keen to respect the rights and freedoms through put of provisions and rules to ensure it protection and impose a penalty for who Assault it ,the constitution also authorized mechanisms to monitor the work of the executive branch to prevent it from violating the rights and freedoms guaranteed, Through many legal means as the representative of the people and his representative in the exercise of the sovereignty, but the Algerian political system imposes some restrictions on the exercise of the powers of parliament, which may hinder its role in put full protection of these rights and freedoms.
