Résumé: : ارتأت دراستنا تسليط الضوء على واقع التكوين الموجه لصالح التقني السامي تخصص كهرو تقني باستعمال أداة المقابلة لأساتذة التخصص، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النسقي، وقد توصلنا إلى حضور متوسط لمكونات البرنامج التكويني، وأما عن التساند الوظيفي، فكان بدرجة مقبولة مشجعة. Abstract: Our study aimed to shed light on the reality of the training directed to the benefit of the high technician Electro technical specialization, using the interview tool for the professors of specialization, and the study adopted the coordination method. We have reached an average attendance of the training program components, and on career support it has been an acceptable and encouraging degree.
