ملاءمة برنامج التّكوين لمتطلبات المنصب

Résumé: هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى ملاءمة برنامج تكوين التقني السامي في تخصص الكهرو تقني لمتطلبات المنصب بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص بالتكوين المهني بمسعد ولاية الجلفة من وجهة نظر الممارسين بالميدان، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، وأما عن أداة جمع البيانات فتمثلت في مقابلة تحليل عمل لمنصب تقني سامي كهرو تقني، وتمثلت الأساليب الاحصائية في النسب المئوية، ومعامل الارتباط سبيرمان، وقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى أنّ نشاط صيانة المنشآت الكهربائية قد احتل المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية القصوى للأوزان النسبية لمتطلبات العمل. The study aimed to reveal the suitability of the configuration program in the electrotechnical field for the requirements of the position in the National Institute which is specialized in vocational training in Mesaad, Djelfa city from the point of view of practitioners in the field. We exploit the exploratory approach. the data collection tool was represented in meeting the analysis of the position of the senior technician in electrotechnology. The statistical methods were represented in the percentages and spearman correlation coefficient. The study concluded that the maintenance. Of electrical installations racked first in terms of the utmost importance of relative weights of business requirements.
