الضمانات المالية الموجهة للاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر

Résumé: أقر قانون رقم 16-09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار الصادر في 03 أوت 2016، رغبة الجزائر في استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية وتشجيعها، بالنظر لما تحققه هذه الاستثمارات من فوائد وباعتبارها أحد الآليات الأساسية لتحقيق الإصلاح والنمو الاقتصادي في ظل اقتصاد السوق، فعلاوة على ما توفره من رؤوس أموال ضخمة، فهي تحقق فوائد كبيرة في مجال التشغيل والإنتاج ونقل التكنولوجيا وغيرها من الفوائد المباشرة وغير المباشرة التي تعود على الدولة المضيفة، لذلك سعت الجزائر ولا تزال تسعى لجذبه عن طريق توفير مختلف الضمانات والحوافز ومحاولة القضاء على العوائق والعقبات التي تقف أمام استقطابه Law No. 16-09 related to the promotion of investment issued on August 03, 2016, approved Algeria’s desire to attract and encourage foreign investments, given the benefits these investments achieve and as one of the basic mechanisms for achieving reform and economic growth in a market economy, in addition to the capital it provides. Huge, as it achieves great benefits in the field of operation, production, technology transfer and other direct and indirect benefits that accrue to the host country. Therefore, Algeria has sought and is still seeking to attract it by providing various guarantees and incentives and trying to eliminate the obstacles and obstacles that stand in the way of attracting it
