Résumé: ملخص لقد عدّد نص المادة (33) من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الوسائل السلمية الكفيلة بتسوية النزاعات الدولية، وكان من بين هذه الوسائل، تلك الوسائل القضائية على صعيد القانون الدولي مجسدة في محكمة العدل الدولية باعتبارها الجهاز القضائي الرئيسي للأمم المتحدة، والتي تلعب دورا جوهريا في تسوية النزاعات القانونية بين الدول، وذلك من خلال مختلف تخصصاتها سواء تعلق الأمر بالاختصاص القضائي أو الاختصاص الاستعجالي (التدابير التحفظية) أو الاختصاص الاستشاري. الكلمات المفتاحية: ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، محكمة العدل الدولية، الاختصاص القضائي، الاختصاص الاستعجالي، الاختصاص الاستشاري. Abstract To settle international disputes, Article 33 of the UN Charter provides a number of peaceful means including, but not limited to, judicial means on the level of the international law since it is considered the main judicial body in the United Nations. The international law plays a key role in settling legal international disputes thanks to its various specialties which include the judicial jurisdiction, the temporary emergency jurisdiction, and the advisory jurisdiction.
