Résumé: ملخص: تكتسي المصالحة في جرائم الصرف أهمية بالغة في التشريع والقضاء من الجانب النظري والتطبيقي، بوصفها طريقة لتسيير الدعوى العمومية في الجرائم المالية، ويمكن من خلالها المساعدة في تخفيف عدد القضايا المجدولة أمام أجهزة العدالة، لتجاوز أزمة العدالة الجزائية والتي تعاني منها اغلب أجهزة العدالة، وقد أدى انتهاج اغلب التشريعات لنظام المصالحة في الجرائم المالية بصفة عامة وفي جرائم الصرف بصفة خاصة إلى تحقيق عدة مزايا. Reconciliation in exchange crimes is extremely important in legislation and elimination from the theoretical and applied side, as a way to run the public lawsuit in financial crimes It can help reduce the number of cases scheduled for justice device, to overcome the criminal justice crisis, which most of the justice devices suffer. By the way most legislation is the reconciliation system in financial crimes in general and in exchange crimes in particular, this led to the achievement of advantages.
