التداوليات و نظرية المقاصد قراءة في كتاب الموافقات للشاطبي

Résumé: ملخص : يدرس هذا المقال الأبعاد التداولية لنظرية المقاصد التي أسسها الشاطبي؛ والتي تقدم إطارا متكاملا لتحليل وفهم الخطاب الشرعي. وقد اهتم الشاطبي في كتابه الموافقات بالأبعاد التداولية للخطاب وهو يقيم صرح نظريته، حيث شدد على ضرورة مراعاة النص الموازي، والسياق الذي جاء فيه النص؛ لأنهما يساعدان في تحديد المعنى الدقيق. كما راعى مبدأ القصدية؛ والتي تعين المتلقي في الوقوف على نية المتكلم، وهذا جوهر نظرية المقاصد. وختم الشاطبي بالتأكيد على ما يسميه التداوليون دلالة الاقتضاء، والتي اعتبرها الفيصل الرئيس في معرفة مدى صدق الكلام. د. عبد الله علمي Abstract: This article examines the deliberative dimensions of the theory of purposes established by" Shatiby"‚ which provides an integrated framework for analyzing and understanding legitimate discourse.
