أثر الاستقراء المعنوي في تعزيز الحجاج الأصولي من خلال المستصفى.

Résumé: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول منهج التواتر شبه المعنوي عند الغزالي من خلال كتاب "المستصفى" تنظيرا وتطبيقا، ابتداء ببيان حقيقته وتطوره إلى أن يصبح استدلالا يتكئ عليه الشاطبي في تصنيف كتابه "الموافقات" بعد أن سماه الاستقراء المعنوي، وأمعن في بيانه وتصويره ، ثم انتهاء إلى رصد آثار هذا المنهج في ثنايا المباحث الأصولية من كتاب "المستصفى"، ودراستها بالقدر الذي يجلّي أثر هذا المسلك الاستدلالي ويظهره على غرار إثبات أصل الإجماع والقياس وخبر الواحد والعدد الذي يحصل به التواتر...وتخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن الغزالي سابق إلى التأسيس لهذا المنهج وأنه قدوة للشاطبي فيما صنع في الموافقات. كلمات مفتاحية: الاستقراء- التواتر- الأصول- الشاطبي- الغزالي- المستصفى. This study concludes that al-Ghazali preceded the establishment of this methodology and that he set an example for al-Shatibi in what he made in al-Muwafaqat.
