Résumé: This studyaimed to analyze the impact of leadership styles on the practice of workingbehaviors of citizenshipregulatory in the National Land Transport Company SNTR, and for thatwasusedBalastabanh as a tool for data collection wasdividedintothree axes, whichrepresent the first axis in the personal information, while the second axis whichis the independent variable In the study, itwasrepresented in two styles of leadership, which are the transformational leadership style thatwasmeasuredthrough four dimensions: the idealeffect (attractiveness), the inspirational stimulation, the intellectual arousal, the individualconsideration, and the reciprocal leadership style thatwasmeasuredthroughthree dimensions: the conditionalreward, Management by active exception, management by static exception, while the third axis isrepresented in the dependent variable represented in organizationalcitizenshipbehaviors, whichwedividedinto five dimensions represented by altruism, decency and kindness, sportsmanship, civilizedbehavior, and conscience awareness. The population of thisstudyconsisted of the tires operating in the National Land Transport Company SNTR distributedamongitsvarious branches, whichamounted to 823 workers, where a randomsample of themwasselectedwith a total size of 350 workers, distributedin 04 branches represented in each of the Batna wilaya branch, the Setifbranch the state of Annaba branch, Skikda branch, wheretheywereprocessed by the statistical SPSS program V22, usingmanystatisticalmethods, including: arithmeticmeans, correlation coefficient, multiple linearregression. The studyreached a number of results, the most important of which are: - administrative leaders concernedwith the National Company for Land Transport SNTR exercise leadership styles (manufacturing, reciprocity), wherethey are engaged in manufacturing leadership style more than the exercise of leadership style of reciprocity; - The patterns of leadership (transformational, reciprocal) practiced at SNTR differaccording to the workplace; SNTR employees practice organizationalcitizenshipbehaviors at a high level; - Employees' practice of SNTR'sorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviors varies by workplace (state); - There is a direct correlationbetween the administrative leaders 'application of leadership styles (transformational, reciprocal) and the employees' exercise of organizationalcitizenshipbehaviors at the National Land Transport Company SNTR; - There is a positive effect of driving patterns (manufacturing, reciprocity) on the exercise of staff organizationalcitizenshipbehaviors of the National Company for Land Transport SNTR; - There is a variation in the impact of administrative leaders 'application of leadership styles (transformational, reciprocal) on employees' practice of organizationalcitizenshipbehaviors at SNTR due to the difference in the workplace (state).
