التجارة الالكترونية وآليات حماية خصوصية المستهلك الجزائري

Résumé: تزايد انتشار التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة جاء كنتيجة لتزايد استخدام أفراد المجتمع الجزائري لشبكة الأنترنت، وهذا ما نتج عنه الكثير من التجاوزات التي صاحبت هذا النوع من التجارة، حيث عالجنا في هذه الورقة البحثية حيثيات التجارة الالكترونية وما قابلها من رد فعل المستهلك الجزائري، وبالرغم من القوانين التي ضبطت هذا السوق إلا أنها غير كافية من أجل ضمان شفافية في عملية البيع والشراء عبر الأنترنت، وأهم ما تم التوصل إليه هو وجوب وجود رقابة على هذه المواقع التجارية، وأن تكون هناك نصوص قانونية تضمن حماية خصوصية المستهلك من تجاوزات بعض المواقع التجارية الالكترونية، كما أنه يجب أن تكون هناك آليات فعلية لضمانها. كلمات المفتاحية: آليات، المستهلك، الحماية، التجارة، الالكترونية. Abstract: The increasing prevalence of e-commerce in Algeria in recent times is the result of the increasing use of the Internet by members of Algerian society, which has resulted in many of the excesses that accompanied this type of trade, where we addressed in this research paper the merits of e-commerce and the corresponding reaction of the Algerian consumer, and despite the laws that controlled this market, it is not enough to ensure transparency in the process of buying and selling over the Internet, and the most important thing that has been reached is that These commercial sites are censored, there are legal provisions to ensure that consumer privacy is protected from the excesses of some commercial websites, and there must be effective mechanisms to ensure them..
