فاعلية التسويق الرقمي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودوره في تحقيق الاهداف الاتصالية للمؤسسة السياحية -دراسة حالة لوكالة لوس

Résumé: " يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المفاهيم المحيطة فاعلية التسويق الرقمي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودوره في تحقيق الاهداف الاتصالية للمؤسسة السياحية (دراسة حالة لوكالة لوس بولاية الوادي) وذلك من خلال دراسة أدوات التسويق الرقمي المتمثلة في: وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتفاعل الزبائن مع خدمات الوكالة ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام استبانة مؤلفة من 31 فقرة، موزعة على عينة مكونة 72 فرد، وقام الطالب بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية 22 spss من أجل تحليل المعطيات واختبار فروض الدراسة. أثبتت الدراسة أن أكثر وسائل التسويق الرقمي إستخداما في الوكالة هو الهاتف المحمول، حيث يتوجب على هذه الاخيرة العمل أكثر على تحسين إستخدام أدوات التسويق الرقمي الاخرى، التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تفعيل وتطوير خدماتها. " " This research aims to identify the concepts surrounding the effectiveness of digital marketing through social networking sites and its role in achieving the communication goals of the tourism establishment (a case study of Loss Agency in El Oued state) by studying digital marketing tools represented in: and customer interaction with Agency services In order to achieve this, a questionnaire consisting of 72 items was used, distributed to a sample of 30 individuals, and the student used the statistical package for social sciences 22v spss program in order to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses. The study proved that the most used means of digital marketing in the agency is the mobile phone, as the latter must work more on improving the use of other digital marketing tools, which would contribute to the activation and development of its services.
