مدى مساهمة الإتصال الإداري في تحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي في الإدارة الرياضيةـ دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الشباب و الرياضية لولاية سوق أهراس

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الإتصال الإداري في تحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي في الإدارة الرياضية ممثلة في مديرية الشباب و الرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس، تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي لهذه الدراسة، على عينة متكونة من (30) عامل، وتم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة في بحثنا، و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن فعالية الأساليب الإتصالية المستخدمة من طرف الإدارة الرياضية تلعب دوراً هاماً في تحقق الإلتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بها. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of administrative communication in achieving organizational commitment in sports management represented in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the state of Souk Ahras, the descriptive approach was used for this study, on a sample consisting of (30) workers, and the questionnaire was used as a tool in our research, and Among the most important findings: that the effectiveness of the communication methods used by the sports administration plays an important role in achieving the organizational commitment of its employees.
