دور خدمات التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى تلاميذ السنة الاولى ثانوي

Résumé: هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في تنمية مها ا رت إتخاذ 8191 (، بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي / الق ا رر المهني لدى عينة من ) 941 ( تلميذ وتلميذة بالسنة أولى ثانوي ) 8192 و إعتمدت الطالبة مقياس خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد من تصميم الطالبة، ومقياس ك ا ريتس ) 9191 Critas ( الصورة )ب 9( لقياس إتخاذ الق ا رر المهني ثم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS20 ، وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت هذه الد ا رسة إلى النتائج التالية: 9 توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني وتنمية مها ا رت إتخاذ الق ا رر المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي . 8 خدمات التوجيه المهني لها الأولوية في تنمية مها ا رت إتخاذ الق ا رر المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي . 3 توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي في مها ا رت إتخاذ الق ا رر المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور . 4 لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي في مها ا رت إتخاذ الق ا رر المهني تعزى لمتغير التخصص . وقد نوقشت هذه النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة وما جاء في الجانب النظري ،وختمت هذه الدراسة ببعض الاقتراحات الموجهة للمعنيين . The present analysis aimed to reveal the scholar mentorship seavices to develof the takinf professiond deisions for a sample of ( 149) first year , secondary school students, by using the descriptive method, and the student based on her own design in measuring the mentorship servics, and the measurment of ( critas 1969) picture (B1) to esteem the pr ofessiond devision tahing and of ter checking the psychonetric characteristics, which represents veracions ness, stability and tachling the data that is resutted statistically from the spss 20 program, and ofter analying the results , this study dednces the following findings : 1_ There exist a statistical cor relation between the scholas mentorship services and the talents of taking professional devisions of 1st yean, secondary school stndents . 2_ The professional mentor services has the pricirity in develoffing the skill if taking pr ofessiond decisions . 3_ There are some statistical differences in tahing professional decisions skills for sex changing . 4_ There are some statistical differences in takiuig proeffional decisions skills for special ty changing. *These results has been diswssed under the light of the previons analysis, and of what has come in the thaoritical side .
