Résumé: يشهد العصر الذي نعيش تطورا تكنولوجيا هائلا مسّ جميع مجالات الحياة، ومنها ميدان التربية والتعليم، الذي كان لا بد عليه من مواكبة هذا التغير، من خلال الاستعانة بالمستحدثات التكنولوجية المعاصرة، من أجل الوصول الى تعلم أفضل وأكثر فعالية. لذا بات تطوير الإدارة المدرسية أمرا ملحا في هذا العصر، وهذا للخروج بالعملية التعليمية من الجمود والتقليد والتقييد إلى الانفتاح والتنمية والتغيير، وهذا لن يتأتى إلا من خلال اتخاذ المدير لقرارات من شانها العمل على تطوير المؤسسة وإحداث التغيير المنشود فيها عن طريق استثمار الوقت والجهد من خلال استخدام الإدارة الالكترونية، هذه الأخيرة التي تعتبر مدخلا معاصرا لتطوير المؤسسات المختلفة ومن بينها المؤسسات التربوية. لقد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتتطرق الى: واقع استخدام الإدارة الالكترونية في الطور المتوسط من وجهة نظر المدراء .
