واقع ومعوقات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات العمومية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من مدراء المؤسسات التربوية في ولاية بسكرة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المؤسسات العمومية من وجهة نظر عينة من مديري المؤسسات التربوية في ولاية بسكرة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل وصف الظاهرة المدروسة ومتغيرات الدراسة، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن النقص في الأبعاد المدروسة يؤدي إلى عرقلة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية من وجهة نظر مديري المؤسسات التربوية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين أنواع معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات محل الدراسة ولكنها ضعيفة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality and obstacles of applying electronic management in public institutions from the point of view of a sample of directors of educational institutions in the Wilayat of Biskra. In the studied dimensions, it leads to obstructing the application of electronic management from the point of view of the directors of educational institutions in the institutions under study, and there is a correlation with statistical significance between the types of obstacles to the application of electronic management in the institutions under study, but it is weak.
