أثر استخدام منهج ستة سيجما Six Sigma في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية دراسة حالة زبائن بنك الوطني الجزائري لولاية جلفة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى دراسة علاقة والاثر بين ستة سيجما Six Sigma وجودة الخدمات المصرفية، حيث توقف اختيار على عينة من زبائن بنك الوطني الجزائري لولاية جلفة ، حيث بلغ عددهم 174، حيث تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه وقيام بالتحليل باستخدام برنامج SPSS ولدراسة العلاقة والاثر بين متغيرات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية متمثلة في معامل الارتباط بيرسون و الانحدار، حيث خلصت الدراسة في الأخير على وجود أثر وعلاقة ارتباط طردية و إيجابية بينهما، ويجب على بنك الوطني الجزائري سعي لنشر ثقافة مفهوم منهج ستة سيجما ومبادئه، من خلال تدريب جميع موظفيه. This study mainly aimed to study the relationship and impact between Six Sigma and the quality of banking services. The selection was based on a sample of customers of the National Bank of Algeria in the state of Djelfa, where their number reached 174. The descriptive approach was used. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was designed, distributed, and conducted. By analyzing using the SPSS program, and to study the relationship and impact between the variables of the study, a group of statistical methods were used, represented by the Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. The study concluded in the end that there is an effect and a direct and positive correlation between them, and the National Bank of Algeria must strive to spread the culture of the concept of the six-point approach. Sigma and its principles, through training all its employees.
