العزل من الوظيفة العامة .removal From Public Function.

Résumé: إن التأديب هو السلاح الفعال الذي بحوزة الإدارة العامة لردع كل موظف يقصر في القيام بواجباته الوظيفية نتيجة قيامه بسلوكات منحرفة وأفعال توصف بأنها أخطاء تأديبية تهدد حسن سير المرافق العمومية. ولقد نص المشرع الجزائري على عدة عقوبات تأديبية قد تصل إلى إنهاء العلاقة الوظيفية عن طريق العزل بعد الإعذار بسبب إهمال المنصب، نتيجة تغيب الموظف العام مدة 15 يوما متتالية على الأقل دون مبرر مقبول، وذلك بناء على تدابير. The disciplinary sanction is an effective arm detained by the public administration to deter any civil servant, who fails in performing his service duties in the right way, as if he behaves in a deviating manner and commits acts described as disciplinary errors, which threaten the good conduct of public services. Several disciplinary sanctions are privided in the algerian legislation, the latter includes the end of the functionary relation via removal following formal notice, because of abandonment of post, as a result of the absence of the civil servant for a period of 15 consecutive days without any approved excuse, on the basis of measures
