الدعم التنظيمي مدخل أساسي للالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين دراسة تطبيقية على الموظفين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير لجامعة جيجل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر الدعم التنظيمي في الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل، حيث استخدم الاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة التي قدرت بــ 32 موظفا، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام spss، تم التوصل على أنه لا يوجد أثر إيجابي للدعم التنظيمي في الالتزام التنظيمي للموظفين بالكلية، وبناءا على النتائج المتوصل اليها تم تقديم توصيات أهمها تحسين مستوى الحوافز المقدمة للموظفين. كلمات مفتاحية: الدعم التنظيمي، العدالة التنظيمية، الدعم القيادي، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، الحوافز، دعم وتأكيد الذات، التدريب، الالتزام التنظيمي. تصنيفات JEL: M12 ، I23 The study attempted to know the influence of the organizational support on the organizational commitment of the employees at the faculty of economics, commercial and management sciences in jijel university, in which the questionnaire is used as a means for collecting data from the members of the case study are about 32 employees and after analyzing the data obtained using spss, it is concluded that there no positive influence of the organizational support on the employees, there fore, a set of advice is given mainly the improvement of the motivations given to the employees.
