Résumé: ملخص: عرف عقد الإيجار سواء المدني أو التجاري عدة تعديلات بموجب نصوص قانونية مختلفة مست مسائل جوهرية تعلقت بشكل هذا العقد ومدته وإثباته ونفاذه والحق في البقاء، وقد أدخلت هذه التعديلات القانونية بموجب كل من المرسوم التشريعي 93-03 المتعلق بالترقية العقارية والقانون 07-05 المعدل والمتمم للقانون المدني فيما يخص الإيجارات المدنية، والقانون 05-02 المعدل والمتمم للقانون التجاري فيما يخص الإيجارات التجارية. وقد تناول هذا المقال لمحة حول أهم هذه التعديلات القانونية. Abstract : The Lease contract whether its civil or commercial has undergone several amendment in different legal texts, concerning some of the substantive matters related to its the form, duration, proving, enforcement and right to stay in the asset. This changes were introduced by the legislative decree 93-03 related to real estate promotion; the law 07-05 amending and supplementing the Civil Code in regard of civil rents; and the law 05-02 amending and supplementing the Commercial Code in relation to commercial rents. This article has provided an overview of the most important legal amendments in this field
