Résumé: Abstract : This study aims to highlight the role of using modern technology in improving performance after employees benefit from the rehabilitation process; where one of the Algerian public institutions was chosen to be a model, which is the Directorate of education and Ouargla . The study was dealt with in both theoretical and practical aspects in some detail to answer the problematic and the proposed hypotheses .the problem of the study was an attempt of find out how the process of rehabilitating human resources led to improved performance in a digital environment characterized by development and technological change, which means the need to obtain it to be able to use it and to adapt to it in the event of change .through it, we reached the following results: - The use of modern technology has become a necessity for human resources management to acquire and keep pace with it. - the education directorate kept pace with the technological development of Ouargla , which led to improving the performance of its employees - the human resources department shall subject all employees to rehabilitation programs regardless of financial experience gained. - There is a statistically significant relationship between modern technology and improving the performance of human resources in the education councils.
