الصلابة النفسية لدى عمال النظافة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى عمال النظافة وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على 33 شخص من هؤلاء العمال بهذا القطاع وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عن طريق أداة جمع البيانات والمتمثلة في مقياس الصلابة النفسية وتم الحصول على النتائج التالية: 1- مستوى منخفض من الصلابة النفسية لدى عمال النظافة. 2- مستوى منخفض من الالتزام لدى عمال النظافة. 3- مستوى منخفض من التحكم لدى عمال النظافة. 4- مستوى منخفض من التحدي لدى عمال النظافة. Summary of the study The current study aims to identify the level of the psychological hardiness in the cleaning worker and I conducted the study on 33 workers in this sector and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, through the data collection tool represented by the measure of the psychological hardiness and we have come to the following conclusions: -1Low level of psychological hardiness in the cleaning workers. -2Low level of the commitment inthe cleaning workers. -3Low level of the control in the cleaning workers. -4Low level of the challenge in the cleaning workers.
