منهاج التربية التحضيرية في الجزائر من منظور المعلمين – مقاربة ميدانية - The Preparatory Education Curriculum In Algeria From The Perspective Of Teachers - A Field Approach

Résumé: : لقد عملت الجزائر في إصلاحاتها الأخيرة للمنظومة التربوية على التكفل بمرحلة التعليم ما قبل المدرسي، من خلال إدراج التربية التحضيرية كمرحلة تعليمية رسمية، حيث يعد التعليم التحضيري أهم انجاز حظي به الطفل الجزائري ؛ وربما هو الأول من نوعه بشكله المجاني منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، حيث شكل منعرجا حاسما في الاهتمام بالطفل الجزائري بمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة، وخاصة بالنظر لأهمية المرحلة العمرية الموجه إليها، وهي الطفولة المبكرة، والتي أجمع المختصون على أنها من أهم مراحل تكوين شخصية الفرد في مجتمعه مستقبلا. وبالنظر لحساسية المرحلة أثار المنهاج المقرر من طرف الوزارة الوصية لهده المرحلة جدلا ولا يزال، ودلك بطرحه لإشكالية مدى توافقه وخصائص الطفل، وخصوصية المجتمع، وتماشيه مع متطلبات العصر، وبالتالي تحقيقه للأهداف المرجوة منه، تعليميا وتربويا. وهدا ما حاولنا تشخيصه من خلال دراسة استقصائية للموضوع من منظور معلمي التربية التحضيرية ببعض المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة المسيلة. : In its recent reforms to the educational system, Algeria has worked to ensure the pre-school education stage, by including preparatory education as an official educational stage, as preparatory education is the most important achievement for the Algerian child. And perhaps it is the first of its kind in its free form since independence to the present day, as it constituted a decisive turning point in the interest of the Algerian child in the pre-school stage, especially considering the importance of the age stage to which it is directed, which is early childhood, which specialists agreed as one of the most important stages of the formation of the individual's personality In his community in the future. In view of the sensitivity of the stage, the curriculum decided by the guardian ministry for this group of children raised controversy and still is, and he brought up the problem of its compatibility with the characteristics of the child, the privacy of society, its conformity with the requirements of the age, and thus achieving the desired goals, education and education. And this is what we tried to diagnose through a survey of the subject from the perspective of preparatory education teachers in some primary schools in M'sila city.
