تأثير المخلفات الطبية على ميزانية المؤسسات الصحية

Résumé: ملخص: أصبح اتباع المؤسسات الصحية لسياسة رشيدة في التخلص من النفايات الناتجة عن مختلف النشاطات الطبية من المسائل المهمة للحفاظ على أحد متطلبات النظام العام و هو الحق في الصحة و السلامة ، فمن حق المواطن أن لا يكون عرضة لخطر انتشار الأوبئة و الأمراض الخطيرة الناجمة عن المخلفات الطبية ، و من واجب الدولة أن تراقب مؤسساتها الصحية في تعاملها مع النفايات الطبية و مدى اتخاذها للتدابير اللازمة خلال جميع مراحل فرز و تسيير و معالجة النشاطات الطبية من أجل ضمان الأمن الصحي . Abstract The adoption of a rational policy by health institutions to eliminate waste resulting from various medical activities has become an important issue in order to preserve one of the fundamental rights which are the right to health and to safety. The citizen should not to be exposed to the risk of spreading epidemics and serious diseases caused by medical waste. Therefore, it is the duty of the State to manage its health facilities concerning the treatment of medical waste and to take the necessary measures at all stages of sorting, managing and processing medical activities in order to ensure health safety.
