تقييم درجة امتلاك معلمي مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي قدرة التعرف على التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم (دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسات التعليمية الابتدائية بولاية بومرداس )

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى قدرة وإمكانيات معلمي التعليم الابتدائي في التعرف على التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم في السنوات الأولى للدراسة، ومنه توجيههم لمعرفة أشكال هذه الصعوبات ومدى انتشارها في أوساط التلاميذ والسبل المثلى للتعامل معها من حيث العلاج والإرشاد للتلاميذ ذوي الصعوبات. ولإجراء هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لأنه المناسب للدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من(68) معلم ومعلمة بالمدارس الابتدائية وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس يخص قدرة المعلم التعرف على صعوبات التعلم، وتم استخدام المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة، وبعد الإجراءات الميدانية، أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: درجة إدراك معلم التعليم الابتدائي لمفهوم صعوبات التعلم متوسطة، درجة تمييز معلم التعليم الابتدائي بين صعوبات التعلم و المفاهيم المرادفة لها متوسطة، درجة إمكانية معلم التعليم الابتدائي تشخيص صعوبات التعلم ضعيفة. The aim of this research is to find out the extent and ability of primary education teachers to identify students with learning difficulties in the early years of the study, and to guide them to identify the forms of these difficulties and their prevalence among students and the best ways to deal with them in terms of treatment and guidance for students with difficulties. In order to conduct this study, we relied on the descriptive approach appropriate to the study. The study sample consisted of (68) teachers and teachers in primary schools. The study tools were in a measure of the teacher's ability to identify learning difficulties. The degree to which the primary education teacher perceives the concept of learning difficulties is medium, the degree of discrimination between the teacher of primary education between the learning difficulties and the corresponding concepts are medium, the degree to which the primary education teacher can diagnose learning difficulties is weak.
