Questioning The Common European Security Identity مُساءلة الهوية الأمنية الأوروبية المشتركة

Résumé: تبحث الدراسة تأثير التحولات الأمنية التي عرفها النظام الدولي بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة والكيفية التي تعامل معها الاتحاد الأوروبي من اجل تشكيل هوية أمنية مشتركة، كما تجادل الدراسة بأن الهوية الأطلسية هي الخطر الأساسي الذي يواجه الهوية الأمنية الأوروبية خاصة بعد brexit الذي كانت له تبيعات سلبية على الأمن الأوروبي. كما تناولت الدراسة تطور المؤسسات الأمنية الأوروبية وسياسات الدفاعية من خلال تناول المؤتمرات الكبرى التي عرفتها أوروبا وأهم المؤسسات الأمنية والمناصب العليا التي تتولى رسم السياسات الخارجية والأمنية للاتحاد الأوروبي مثل ممثل الأعلى لسياسة الخارجية والأمنية الأوروبية وهيئات الدفاع المشتركة وصندوق الدفاع الأوربي EDF ومبادرة التعاون الهيكلي الدائم في مجال الدفاع PESCO. The study examines the impact of security transformations that the international system experienced after the end of the Cold War and how the European Union dealt with them in order to form a common security identity. The study also argues that the Atlantic identity is the main threat facing the European security identity, especially after Brexit, witch had negative repercussions on security European. The study also dealt with the development of European security institutions and defense policies by addressing the major conferences known to Europe and the most important security Institutions and senior positions that are in charge of drawing up the foreign and security policies of the European Union, such as the high representative of European foreign and security policy, joint defense bodies, the European defense fund (EDF) and the permanent structural cooperation initiative in the field of defense.
