Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية من خلال الإجابة عن الإشكالية ما مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحبة بالمستشفى محل الدراسة من خلال وجهة نظر المستفيدين من الخدمة ، و دلك اعتمادا على الأبعاد الخمسة للجودة SERVPERF. فكانت النتائج أن المستشفى تتبنى فلسفة الجودة بدرجة متوسطة مع تفاوت بين المحور: جاء محور الجوانب المادية في الصدارة بدرجة جيدة ،يليه في المرتبة محور الاستجابة تم محور الأمان ، المرتبة الرابعة محور التعاطف تم محور ظروف الإيواء، ليأتي في المرتبة الأخيرة محور الاعتمادية. الكلمات المفتاح: الخدمات الصحية، الجودة الشاملة، جودة الرعاية الصحية ،أبعاد الجودة، المستشفيات. Abstract : The study aims to know the quality of health services by answering the problem of the quality of services in the hospital under study through the point of view of the beneficiaries of the service, depending on the five dimensions of quality SERVPERF.
